Anna Czuczman, MSc

Psychologist

Education: Anna holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Opole University (Poland) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS Warsaw, Poland).

Areas of Expertise: Anna has completed extensive professional training earning certificates in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders and Management of Obesity, both accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). Anna has also obtained a license to apply the Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ-48; MTQPlus) in her practice. She’s a registered member of Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a member of Special Interest Group for Eating Disorders (SIGED).

About Anna

Originally from Poland, Anna moved to Ireland in 2015 to pursue her professional career. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Opole University (Poland) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS Warsaw, Poland). Anna has completed extensive professional training earning certificates in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders and Management of Obesity, both accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). In her role as Wellbeing Team Lead at Zevo Health, Anna manages and leads teams of Mental Health Professionals – Psychologists and Psychotherapists, who provide comprehensive, customized, and research-based programmes suited to the needs of the organizations and individual employees. Anna has vast experience in project management and product development.  

Her professional interests also focus on supporting individuals who struggle with their relationship with food in a non-judgemental, trauma-informed 1-1 setting as well as challenging weight stigma and diet culture through education and engaging in activism.
