Psychologist

Education: Leeanne holds a First Class Honour’s Master’s degree in Psychological Science from University College Dublin, in addition to Honours degrees in Psychology (H.Dip) and International Business (B.A.Hons).

Areas of Expertise: Leeanne has also completed extensive professional training,earningdiploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), awarded with Distinction from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), certificates in Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapyendorsed by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), and Psychometric Assessment training accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).

With over a decade of experience working across commercial organisations, Leeanne has developed a deep understanding of the complex realities facing modern professionals, the fundamental interconnection between our personal and professional lives and the influence this has on overall performance and wellbeing 

Leeanne’s interest areas include leadership and human performance, with an emphasis on goal setting, motivation, resilience and mental toughness, and has completed original research focusing on work-related stress. Leeanne has delivered talks, workshops and seminars in addition to group and one on one coaching. 

 

Leeanne loves animals and is passionate equestrian. She also enjoys yoga, running and curling up with a good book!
