Wellbeing Coach

With 20 years of experience working in the domain of health and wellness, Sarah has been a longstanding advocate of an integrative, holistic approach to enhance wellbeing. Her extensive background as a trainer, health coach and facilitator laid the foundation for her consultancy role within Zevo, first joining our team in 2019.

Currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Human Performance and Innovation, her main interest is exploring the link between consciousness, wellbeing and performance. This encompasses mind-body medicine, meditative practices, flow state and relational dynamics, with a particular focus on the impact of conscious leadership on work-life quality and longevity.

Considering herself to be somewhat of a hybrid-hippie, free time is spent coaching her daughter’s basketball team, working out, attending cacao ceremonies, sound baths, nature hikes, circling and ecstatic dances. Time with family and friends is always high on her priority list – but the highlight of each year is always spending summer months volunteering in Sweden at a world-famous course and festival centre. Her dream is that the beauty and magic she experiences in conscious community scales so that it becomes more accessible in the hustle and bustle of modern mainstream living, and her work aims to support that to happen.

Age is only a number’ is something most of us have heard or said at some point, and while often only meant in jest, we’ve never had so much evidence to back up the truth of it.
