About Sarah

Sarah has over 15 years of experience working in the wellbeing sector. She has a deep passion for supporting people to live healthier, happier lives. In this time she has extensively practiced as a coach, group facilitator and public speaker – instituting change in both individual and collective contexts.

Drawing from her strong academic background, combined with over a decade of self-directed research on meditative practices, mind-body medicine and holistic therapies – Sarah adopts a highly integrative, multi-dimensional approach to her work. She advocates for a deeper understanding of the human body, the complex interplay between mental and physical health, and its profound impact on wellbeing and the healing process.

Sarah is a Physical Wellbeing Consultant in Zevo’s Health & Wellbeing Department where her central duties involve designing and delivering trainings, programmes, and interventions to enhance and optimise employee health and promote positive change within organizational culture. She has guided the strategic design of recent musculoskeletal interventions and has written case reports on the impact of Zevo Health’s Intercompany Step Challenge, in addition to defining the Business case for Employers to invest in MSD prevention strategies for their workforce.
