Synopsis

Chair yoga is hugely popular, especially during these times with so many people working from home. As this type of yoga is practiced in a way that makes it accessible to most individuals irrespective of location/ personal capacities. The beauty of this style of yoga is that you do not require a mat or special clothing. These sessions are ideal for breaks at conferences to help attendees decompress and reset but equally ideal for those WFH that could benefit from a mid-morning/afternoon energiser with colleagues.
