This high-energy class is designed to challenge & inspire you as you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. Circuit training is a type of workout that involves rotating through a circuit of up to 10 exercises that target different muscle groups. Our circuit training class combines a series of bodyweight only exercises to that you will complete for a certain number of repetitions, or times.
