Synopsis

With the intermittent lockdowns of 2020 many of us returned to the basics of exercise. We squatted in our living rooms, we cycled around parks and towns, and most notably we got back to walking and running. Unfortunately, for many of us, running is not considered a viable form of exercise, discomfort, pain, and a general feeling of misery when running is often cited. Participants will be given a foundation in practical strategies to go from walking to running.
