Pilates is a form of exercise like yoga. It involves a series of movements that focus on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Practising Pilates can improve overall wellbeing as well as general fitness.

In this session participants will be brought through an introduction to pilates, where traditional mat based pilates exercises & principles will be used. Participants will learn how to ‘think through movement’ bringing awareness to the body, core strength & mobility.
