Synopsis

Synopsis

Musculoskeletal conditions such as sarcopenia and osteoperosis are common among older populations – however these degenerative conditions can be prevented or reduced by proactively taking care of our structural health. Frequent engagement in different forms of strength, flexibility and neuromotor exercises can effectively preserve and enhance mobility and health as we age.
