There are many benefits and challenges to working remotely – especially when it comes to nutrition! While working from home provides an opportuity to prepare food from scratch and make healthier food choices, it can also present the opportunity for far more snacking and less structure around meals.
For this reason it is important to plan well and prepare in advance to avoid slipping into these common pitfalls. This session focuses on embedding healthier habits around meal planning and preparing food at home.
