The remote working environment can throw up a variety of challenges for an employee’s mental health. We are seeing this reflected in concerning increases in burnout, loneliness and languishing. In a recent Healthy Ireland report (Dec, 2021), over 80% of adults reported a significant decrease in social connectedness. This session focuses on addressing some of the main challenges which include limited social connection, increased screentime, increased sedentary behaviour and difficulty maintaining work-life balance.
