Synopsis
During a very uncertain time, it is very easy to feel prolonged periods of fear, worry and health-related stressors. As we all experience and go through this global pandemic, our stress and anxiety levels could be heightened and we may be struggling to find positivity around us. That’s why we created this training- to explore the difficult experience we are all going through at the moment.

Outcomes
This training provides attendees with the tools on how to manage stress and anxiety during COVID-19 and explores the difference between stress and anxiety and tips on what to do to manage it.
