Bogdan Wawrzaszek, MSc


Education: Bogdan has completed his training with the Dublin Counselling and Therapy Centre. He also holds a doctorate in philosophy and theology from the University of Lublin, Poland. For over ten years in the community, Bogdan has worked with people experiencing difficulties and distress, in a pastoral and supportive role.

Areas of Expertise: Depression, Anxiety and Stress, Suicidal Ideation, Bereavement and Loss, Self Esteem, Sexual Abuse, Trauma, Sexual Identity/Orientation, Bullying and Workplace Issues, Life Transitions, Relationships and Intimacy Issues.

About Bogdan

Bogdan is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. He works from a humanistic and integrative approach. Therefore he endeavours to understand the client’s experiences and chooses the style of therapy that is most beneficial for him or her.

He views every person as unique and multi-dimensional and works holistically with the mind, body and spirit. He is also a qualified mindfulness practitioner. For Bogdan, it is essential that the client feels safe and supported during the therapy. This allows for secure exploration of personal challenges at the client’s pace.
