Harmful Content and the Scale of User-Generated Risks
The rise of generative AI necessitates a renewed focus on moderator wellbeing. With generative AI increasing the volume and complexity of content to be moderated, where automated systems may struggle with interpretation, there is a need to enhance wellbeing efforts for content moderators to address new challenges.
