Mental Health


Mental health describes how we think and feel about ourselves and others and how we interpret events in everyday life. It also relates to our ability to cope with change, transition, significant life events and the stress that often comes our way.

Our mental health training programmes are designed to provide individuals with the tools to recognise mental health in the workplace and to support those in crisis.

We also provide employees with the necessary tools to engage in open conversations about workplace mental health.


The objectives of this session are as follows:
