Synopsis

Remote working without intervention can be significantly more sedentary then it’s office-based relative. Removing the commute and not venturing out for lunch can significantly reduce remote workers daily activity. This session is an antidote for that, focusing on daily planning, home workouts, and proven tips on increasing daily activity.
