Pamela Lennon, MSc

Mental Wellbeing Consultant & PhD Candidate

Education: Completing a Doctorate in Health Psychology in 2021Pamela’s passion for mind-body health drew her to studying for a Masters in Health Psychology at the University of Ulster, following her undergraduate Degree from Dublin Business School in 2009.She also has a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT) and mindfulness, which have been the focus of her academic research over the years.

Areas of Expertise: Pamela has been working in workplace wellness for the past 10 years; advocating psychological safety and protecting employee mental and physical health in the workplace through building employee resilience and reducing psychosocial hazards.

Originally from the rural farmlands of Co. Carlow, Pamela loves getting out in nature, whether its hiking, cycling or looking at the stars on a clear night.

She also enjoys reading autobiographiesplaying music, cookingyoga/meditating and philosophical conversations.
