Acknowledging the difficulties Content Moderators face is the initial action needed to put helpful measures in place to assist with the mental health of these employees.

Mindfulness meditation aims to increase awareness of unhelpful or unwanted thoughts or feelings which may result in increased distress. Content Moderators should be provided access to a trained clinical therapist who can help them determine if this practice would be helpful or hindering to their psychological health and wellbeing.
